1) items sold are not refundable .
2) no last minute back out or will be blacklisted .
3) once confirmed order , no m.i.a .
4) only MEET-UPS . best at
bukitbatok MRT station . places that are not convenient for us , transport fee will be charged .
5) only accept sing$ , please bring the right amount of cash .
6) No cancelling of orders once payment is made(if this is so, payment will be confiscated )
7) We will not hold any responsible for any wear and tear incurred on the item due to their course of daily usage .
8) If there are more than one people buying the same clothes , there will be a bid .
9) strictly NO meet-up with buyers without handphone .
10) Please be punctual , every 10mins late , a fee of 1$ will be charged .
11) payment will be made during meet-up .
